Pained.

Sunday nigt at around 9pm I started getting stabbing pains in my chest under my left breast. I sat down with Nick instead of going back to play more WoW and just relaxed for a while. Could only sleep on my right side that night and woke up at about 4am with more pains and this time it was more painful than before. At one point we contemplated going to the hospital but that sent me off into a mild panic which started me crying, I hate hospitals. In the end I sat up and played Kirby for an hour and a half until I was tired enough to try to get more sleep.

Monday Nick took the day off work to drive me around to the Doctor and the following chest x-ray and yet another doctor’s appointment. Spent about $200 on medical bills which thankfully I’m allowed to put on Mum’s credit card. Turns out there is nothing wrong with my chest except that I may have sprained some muscles in my chest on the left side. Doesn’t explain the burping and pain while burping/swallowing food though. Good news is I can does myself up on painkillers + anti-inflammatory that he gave me. I hope it goes away soon, it’s almost as if I’ve run fast and am out of breath with my lungs being pained because the air is too cold and I’m out of shape. But it’s not and it’s frustrating because I still don’t know what caused it in the first place.

One of my friends is having his farewell party today. It’s his last day at his current job before moving on to the next one. We’ve been trying to get him to get a better job for some time and he has been looking but he’s just too picky at times. At least now he’s getting out of that place. I just feel guilty that I don’t feel like going because it’s too wet and in the middle of the city centre. Ah well, least it’s warm at home

I received 4 new modules in the past week and a half and I got stuck into it only to find out some of the stuff needs to be done like an interview or volunteer work in a library. I suppose that’s good and bad because it means I have to bug someone about working in their library but it’s good because it’s not just plain old study this time. I’ll rope Nick into conducting the interviews for me this week and hopefully that means I can pass these modules and catch up on the coursework.

Been spending a lot of time on Subeta, Wajas and Gaia online, beat playing WoW I suppose in the fact that I don’t have to pay in order to use their services. Then again playin WoW probably ends up being cheaper seeing as I keep donating to the websites XD.

We missed out on the house we applied for. Only got the call yesterday (almost a full week after we applied). Would have been nice if they could let us know earlier, I for one am getting quite fed up with the whole thing. So the plan at the moment is moving in with Nick’s parents breifly while we look for a place to rent out there and then moving in when we finally get aproved for one. Hopefully it shouldn’t be for longer than a month or two because I don’t want to impose on them. At least paying them board will expiate my guilt a little.

In other news I finally got a headunit on the weekend! Nick was so tired of seeing me use my walkman phone to listen to music in the car and bought one for me, in the same manner I bought an Xbox yesterday to use as a portable harddrive to store my music instead of needing to burn a whole bunch of disc copies. Saves some time and puts me on the way to customising my car. Decided on the colour I want to paint it once I get my hands on a bodykit. Purple! I think it’ll look very sexy but I need to save up a couple grand to get the bodykit and pay for the paintjob. And I still need to design the decal art I want done on the sides. As for interior, well I’m thinking black and purple with a PVC faux leather dash and purple painted accessories.
